Bar-Sto barrels have been used by the U.S. Marine Corps Marksmanship Unit since 1977. The AMU , Natonal Guard and Air force teams also use BAR-STO Barrels.We have many Special OP people using our products.They have also been used to win every major pistol tournament worldwide, including Camp Perry, the U.S.P.S.A. Nationals, Steel Challenge, the Masters, and many more. 

All Bar-Sto Pistol barrels are machined from solid stainless steel bar stock which has been heat treated 39 to 43 RC this gives 180,000 PSI tensile strength. Barrels are machined,and rifled completely in our own shop. Accuracy out of our barrels properly fitted can be 1" or better at 25yrds. All barrels have a rate of twist of 1 turn in 16". We have been doing the same thing for over 35 Years.
